http://www.itoshin.com.au/As the name suggests, Itoshin is the restaurant which is founded by Shinjiro “Shin” Ito in Miami, Gold Coast. It is a very popular authentic sashimi restaurant in Mermaid Beach. It serves the authentic Japanese delicacies to the locals. The foundation of this restaurant dated back to 1978 in Kyoto which was a tiny 14 seated bar that cooks food in front of the customers. After the increased popularity of this restaurant in Kyoto, Shin decided to move to Australia with his family and start the restaurant business there.
